• Receptionists - Switchboard and Front of House, Opening & Closing procedures, Post / Parcels / Courier, Message taking, Billing capturing, Boardroom booking
• Billing Assistants – Capture :- Boardroom billing, Cafe billing, Courier billing, Postage billing, Fax & Printer billing
• Assistant Centre Managers – Liaise with Centre Manager, Reception, Support Staff, Building Maintenance, Show office set up, Contractor Liaison, Client Liaison
• Centre Managers – Accounts, Additions and Removals, Access control, Billing, Events, Building Maintenance, Customer Liaison and problem solving
• Sales People - Handling Enquiries, Conducting viewings, Drawing up proposals, Preparation of move ins / move outs / show office, Weekly sales reports, Client services
