With the Umhlanga Business Centre launch behind us, it is time to start inhabiting more of South Africa and next on our list is, Cape Town! Although the planning for the Century City office space has been underway for quite some time, the physical construction is due to begin shortly. The Century City office space will be officially open for businesses in September 2013.This is certainly going to be another exciting time for The Business Centre Group.

The Cape Town office space has been designed by Vivid Architects and will occupy a massive 4000m². With 4 storey’s of Cape Town office space to let, The Business Centre will have a whopping 740 offices and 22 500m² under the belt, nationally. We are very proud to say that this makes us the  largest serviced office space business in South Africa.

Being the first Cape Town Business Centre, we of course are ecstatic about expanding our national footprint. The Cape Town building will offer modern, serviced and furnished (non- furnished will be available too) office space with easy access to main roads. Accessibility is key in business and The Business Centre Group has ensured that each of its buildings provide just that.

Just like our other Business Centres across Gauteng and now in Umhlanga, the Cape Town office space will be fitted with state- of- the- art technology, stylish meeting and boardrooms, an on- site café offering a selection of breakfasts, lunches and snacks.
